Tuna Curry

Served from a Raspberry Pi in Wythenshawe UK

Ingredients:-

2 tbsp Butter Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion
3 Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 Tin Tuna Fish
1/2 Tin Coconut Milk
Long Grain Rice

Method for two servings:

Put two tablespoons of ghee in your wok on low heat. Add one teaspoon of mustard seed and one of cumin seed. When they are starting to sizzle add a chopped onion and fry until soft and clear. When it is, add in three chopped medium tomatoes with half a teaspoon of salt. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Spices go in next. One teaspoon of each, turmeric, ground cumin and garam masala. Two teaspoons each of paprika and curry powder. Stir slowly. If the sauce starts to catch on the wok add a little water at any stage. Put the contents of a tin of tuna in with a third of a 400g tin of coconut milk. Stir for a couple of minutes then remove heat. It's ready! Serve on a bed of rice. Enjoy.
