Tuna and Egg Fried Rice
Served from a Raspberry Pi in Wythenshawe UK
1 Packet Microwave White Rice.
2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
1 tsp Salt.
200g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes.
1 Tin Tuna Fish Chunks.
Method for two servings:
First cook the pack of rice in the microwave oven for two minutes. Beat two eggs in a jug. In a small frying pan on a medium heat add a little cooking oil. Put the rice in and break up the rice clumps. Pour the beaten eggs evenly onto the rice, Stir and mix to distribute the egg well. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and stir in. Once the egg on the rice grains is solid put frying pan aside. In another small frying pan (or a small wok) put some oil and the chopped onion on a medium heat with a tsp of salt. When the onion is soft and clear add in the half a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes. Drain the tin of tuna chunks and add them in. Stir for a couple of minutes on the stove. Turn the stove off.
Serve the egg fried rice in two bowls with the tuna and veg mix on top. Enjoy! I think you will.
